Safetally is provided “as is”. It checks, totals and lays out the injury and illness records you provide. It is not legal advice and doesn't decide whether a case is recordable or whether you comply with 29 CFR Part 1904 or any State Plan. You remain responsible for recording cases, checking every figure, certifying and posting the summary, and submitting to OSHA. Safetally is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OSHA or the U.S. Department of Labor; ITA files follow OSHA's published CSV formats but are not checked by OSHA until you upload them.

Free plan

The free plan lets you check logs of any size and print the 300A and a limited number of cases, for personal or business use.

Pro

Pro is licensed per person. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; the 7-day pass expires after 7 days. Refunds are available within 14 days if Safetally can't read your injury log or lay it out correctly.

Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute license keys.

Trademarks

Excel and other names are trademarks of their respective owners. 300log, OSHA300, IncidentLog and SiteSafetyHQ are mentioned only for comparison. Safetally is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
